Run a search
Paste a role brief, review matching profiles, and save or share the good candidates that do not fit your current role.
Recruiter workspace
Recruiters see many strong candidates who are wrong for the role in front of them. This mobile-first workspace helps you search, save, share those profiles with other recruiters, and earn credits when they help someone else hire.
Secure access
Sign in to search, save, share strong but irrelevant profiles, and manage credits from one simpler recruiter flow.
Recruiter workspace new
Home
Use smaller screens for the main recruiter flow so search, saving, sharing, uploads, credits, and access feel easy on a phone.
Start here
Paste a role brief, review matching profiles, and save or share the good candidates that do not fit your current role.
Search history
Reopen recent searches instead of rewriting the same role brief every time.
Review queue
Come back to candidates you want to compare, inspect, or share once the team is aligned.
Owned library
Review profiles already claimed into your workspace and download owned CVs when needed.
Sharing rules
See exactly when a CV becomes visible to other eligible orgs, and what stays private before and after that date.
Operations
Use dedicated screens for resume intake, alias and inbox operations, wallet checks, and admin controls.
Onboarding
The same onboarding state is preserved. This screen just breaks it into simpler actions.
Optional setup
Search
Paste a job description, role brief, or candidate notes to find matching profiles.
Saved searches
Use your recent searches as shortcuts when you want to rerun a role or compare result quality over time.
Saved profiles
Use saved profiles as the review step before you share or claim.
Shared with you
These are the profiles already shared into your workspace.
Sharing / Visibility
Set the default delay used for new uploads from this recruiter workspace, then review what the rule means in practice.
New uploads from this workspace will wait 7 days before other eligible orgs can discover them.
What this means in detail
Uploads
Use the same upload APIs, but in a simpler mobile-first screen.
Default is 7 days. Before that date, other eligible orgs cannot discover the CV through sharing-based search.
Mails
Manage your mail alias and inspect recent inbox messages from the same recruiter workspace.
Forward all inbound mail
Alias forwarding and bulk forwarding both apply. Matching recipient addresses are only sent once.
Aliases
Inbox
Attachments are visible directly in the list so you can download a CV without opening every thread.
Reply, forward, and download all attachments from the selected conversation.
Credits
Track your balance and the latest wallet transactions without leaving the recruiter workspace.
Access
These controls use the same admin and access APIs, but they are broken into smaller cards for mobile use.
API keys
Bring your own provider
If you want extra search capacity, start with grok or cerebras. They usually offer enough free credits to get started without adding a credit card.
Inbox webhooks
Each recruiter can add one or more webhook endpoints and choose which inbox aliases should trigger them.

Skills
Use your existing merchant API access to download a safe, template-based setup that can run in local or hosted agent environments.
What this skill does
The AI recruiter skill keeps the same recruiting workflow across Codex and Cursor: search first, inspect anonymized detail, shortlist candidates, confirm before credit-spending actions, and keep full CV access separate from discovery.
Choose target
Codex skill package with SKILL.md, agent metadata, OpenAPI schema, and hosted setup guidance.
Generate and download
The generated files never include a live secret. They use `HTC_API_KEY` and `HTC_BASE_URL` placeholders instead.
